Okay, I’m slightly concerned. I just made a payment, through Paypal, to Yahoo (~Flickr) for a pro account. Nothing wrong there.
But I just looked at the receipt email thing, and saw this:
Should I be worried? For those that haven’t noticed, look at the history URL at the bottom of the image. I’m starting to be concerned slightly, stuff like this shouldn’t happen to Paypal, right?
This happened to me as well when making a payment to 7digital. It seems to be something with using the sterling to pay a US based merchant. It usually only happens when paying someone in the states. But as I said it happened with my payment to 7digital as well, coming from my UK bank account. As long as the payment was recieved, I wouldn’t worry.
Hm, fair enough. Maybe someone should tell Paypal about it? Oh, but no, I forget. You can’t email them and their contact form doesn’t work either. Nice one, Paypal.
