		<description>Sadly, Your not alone in this, It seems to be that providers of "internet services" here in the UK have recently come under fire for poor or non-exsistant customer / technical support for customers. FastHosts is a more severe case of this, They were removed from list of members of the ISPA (or Internet Service Providers Association in the UK)

It should be said as well, That its not just "novice newbies" that are having these problems. Sure, A vast majority of the people having these problems are inexperienced a new to the entire thing but people with IT backgrounds or "super-users" are also having problems with FH at the moment.

It may also be worth nothing, FastHosts owns UKReg Limited which manages domains for FastHosts under the IPS Tag "FASTHOSTS" but both of these companies are actually owned by United Internet AG, The same company that owns and operates 1and1.</description>
